Great location, comfortable and clean. Would definitely return.

Excellent location, right on the beach front but still nice and quiet. Re-useable metal water bottles that you can use through out your stay and re-fill stations just outside the room. Comfortable and clean, driven to our room on a buggy with our heavy luggage when we arrived which was a bonus. Nice lobby/lounge area.

Rooms weren’t cleaned and beds not made during the day whilst we were out which I would’ve expected as other places we’ve stayed for cheaper have offered this. Breakfast was really not good and very little option but loads of great breakfast spots within walking distance. They kept one of our passports when we checked in which we really didn’t like as throughout 4 weeks of travelling Thailand a photocopy of it had been sufficient.

Stay here!!! Lush!

Wowww loved it!! Legit perfect location! Get off the pier at Pattaya beach & the resort is about 2 minutes to your left! Beachfront! Pool & pool area beautiful & comfy. Staff very welcoming, helped with bags & took us in a buggy to our room. Free welcome drink! Breakfast nice! Rooms spacious & clean!! Defiantly better than the photos & would 100% return! Very close to everything! 10 minutes walk to sunrise beach. The famous ‘walking street’ of Lipe is literally right on the doorstep. It was perfect.

Great hotel!

Originally booked to stay in a fan only room at another hotel for a similar price and then ended up leaving it and moving to the Varin. Even though it is expensive I would 100% recommend staying in aircon, even during the cold season I was uncomfortably hot and could not sleep in my fan only room. Can say this hotel is a great value for money. It's just off walking street so there is plenty of good food within close proximity. Good breakfast included in the price, a good mixture of Asian and western style. We arrived during Chinese New Year so it was quite busy however there were still many sunbeds available around the pool. I paid a little bit more than my friends did, who were staying at other hotels on the island and we all greatly enjoyed and agreed the Varin was the greatest and best value for money.

Probably would not recommend this resort, many others on pattaya beach.

Comfy and clean room. Very accessible on pattaya beach but very busy area, provide pick up service when transferring from another resort on sunrise beach. Good wifi.

Too early checkout policy at 10am & not flexible in providing late checkout regardless of many free rooms available. 500 baht fine for late checkout. Terrible breakfast, stale cold food. No hairdryer. Probably would not recommend this resort.

Could be so much better

Good location Nice pool Room very comfortable Close to the beach and Walking Street.

No Wi-fi in room, I know it’s not the end of the world but it’s handy when you need to book flights etc. 3 times during our 5 day stay there was no water in our room.

Generally the Resort was okay.

Breakfast did have a wide variety of dishes but limited Western. Location of restaurant is excellent. The staff in attendance were limited. Must mention the coffee was great.

The standard rooms did not have a coffee maker facility or kettle. The cupboard did not have drawers or shelfs to keep clothes. The TV channels were limited and all the channels, the picture was very grainy, so did not bother watching them.

Expensive for basic hotel with inadequate service and poor food.

The resort is right on the beach and next to walking street. I hurt my head and the kind lady in the shop gave me ice. A friendly worker took me to the ferry in the hotel cart.

The room was very basic, only one light worked so if I wanted to read I would have to sit on the toilet. The breakfast was awful. Lots of flies, cold food, very little to appeal to western palates. Asked six times for a clean towel, in the end I went to get my own from the man with laundry.

Property location is excellent.

Excellent location. Near Walking Street and it is only a short walk from the long tail boat pick up and drop off area.

Good location, rooms. Poor breakfast & internet.

The rooms are clean, decently outfitted and the water pressure for showers is good. A rare find on Koh Lipe...

Unfortunately we had massive issues with the internet stability and WiFi availablity in the room. This lasted for our entire stay here, and we were offered no compensation. The staff's low English fluency made it very difficult to communicate with the hotel, whom we basically gave up negotiating with. Furthermore, although breakfast is included, it may as well not be. The quality of the food is very low and the use of plastic wrap to coat buffet utensils shows that every corner possible is being cut when it comes to the food.
